Combining breathwork, mindfulness, expressive arts, yoga, meditation, and nutrition, this program is grounded in the Emotional Intelligence (EQ 2.0) model, with each season focusing on specific subscales for emotional and mental well-being.
This program integrates practical wellness practices with the energy of each season to foster physical vitality, emotional intelligence, and a deep sense of purpose. Nutrition plays a vital role in every season, with guidance tailored to align with the body’s natural needs and support the program’s themes.
Each season begins with a 2-hour kickoff event and culminates in a 2-hour closing session, with monthly 90-minute gatherings in between.

With years of training in somatic modalities, mindfulness, and expressive arts, I guide each session with attuned presence and an understanding of the body’s wisdom. I’m trained in Emotional Intelligence and offer EQ Assessments, I utilize the EQ in the Wellness Program to help, guide and inspire participants to engage EQ in everyday life. I work with a team: Yoga Instructor & Nutritionist to bring in the best in each quarter.
