1. General Terms
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by NeuroBeat Breathwork, including but not limited to breathwork facilitation, transformative coaching, and expressive arts sessions.
- NeuroBeat Breathwork reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent.
- By booking a session, you confirm that you are in good health and do not have medical conditions that could be aggravated by participating in breathwork or coaching sessions.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
- Prices for services are subject to change. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] before a scheduled session will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than [ 24 hours] before a session are non-refundable.
- In case of a session canceled by NeuroBeat Breathwork (e.g., unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

- The services provided by NeuroBeat Breathwork are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participants should consult a medical professional before engaging in our services if they have any health concerns.
- NeuroBeat Breathwork and its facilitators are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from participation in our services.
- Participants assume all risks associated with breathwork, coaching, and expressive arts activities.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and tools provided during sessions or on the website are the intellectual property of NeuroBeat Breathwork.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants must act respectfully toward facilitators and other attendees.
- Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from sessions without a refund.
8. Privacy
- NeuroBeat Breathwork is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Force Majeure
- NeuroBeat Breathwork is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.
