I hold space with the utmost care, integrity, and respect. With years of training in somatic modalities, mindfulness, and expressive arts, I guide each session with attuned presence and an understanding of the body’s wisdom.
I’m a Certified FOAT Facilitator through Focusing-Oriented Expressive Arts Institute since 2017, a mindfulness-based approach developed by Dr. Laury Rappaport that integrates renowned psychologist and philosopher Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing with the expressive arts.
