The Breakthrough Experience is a 90-minute guided breathing session designed to help you connect with your body’s innate wisdom and reach a point of transformation. Based on the Elemental Rhythm modality, this deeply immersive practice integrates movement, breathwork, music, and meditation to bring you to a breakpoint—where surrender allows profound emotional release, clarity, and self-discovery.
Whether you join privately, as a couple, in a group, or online, this experience offers a safe, supportive, and unforgettable journey into yourself.
What Happens in a Breakthrough Experience Session?
Arrival and Grounding (10-20 minutes):
- Begin by settling into the space with a guided grounding exercise.
- Set an intention and prepare for the journey ahead.
Shaking Practice (5 minutes):
- Release physical tension and stagnant energy through rhythmic shaking, freeing your body for deeper exploration.
Breathing Rounds (25-35 minutes):
- Guided rhythmic breathing patterns help you drop into a meditative state and access your inner world.
- The breathwork aligns with the rhythm of the four elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), enhancing the connection to your body’s natural wisdom.
Meditation (10 minutes):
- Transition into a guided meditation, allowing emotions, visions, or sensations to arise.
- This is a moment to surrender fully to the experience and let your body lead the way.
Integration (10 minutes):
- Gentle stillness or soft movements help ground the experience.
- Time for reflection, journaling, or simply resting.
Sharing Circle (10-20 minutes):

Contraindications to Consider
While breathwork is safe for most, it may not be suitable for individuals with:
- Cardiovascular conditions or recent surgeries.
- Severe respiratory issues like asthma.
- A history of psychosis, schizophrenia, Bipolar, or severe PTSD.
- Pregnancy without prior medical consultation.
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders.
Although NeuroBeat Breatwork is a Trauma Informed practice, severe trauma might not be the most fitting to the Breakthrough Experience. A person with severe trauma could start with gentle calming breaths to get familiar with the process, slowly easing into trusting own body.
